Troms county invites suppliers to a written market dialogue for a planned procurement of a robotic 3D printer for metal with the accompanying equipment and software for teaching purposes at the Vocational College in the north. The objective of the dialogue is to gain better insight into the market for complete teaching systems within additive metal production, including robotic welding and material additions. Troms county would like input that can contribute to designing a tender documentation that is clear, relevant and adapted to the market, including requirement specifications, qualification requirements, award criteria as well as climate and environmental considerations. The system shall be suitable for use in a teaching environment and it shall include the necessary main equipment, relevant additional parts, software, installation, commissioning and training of subject teachers. It is important for Troms County to understand what systems the market can offer, what prerequisites apply for safe and appropriate use in existing workshop facilities, and how the procurement can be adapted to support practical training. Tenderers are invited to provide written input through the question form. The input will be used as part of the basis for further planning of the procurement.
