Bergen Vann is considering to procure systems for measuring the water level and registration of overflows in the sewage network. The objective of this market inquiry is to obtain information about available products and technologies, relevant suppliers, functionality, integration options and cost level before any procurement process. The overflow manholes are often located in roads or areas where access to electricity supply is limited or unavailable. Bergen Vann is therefore particularly interested in systems with battery operation, low energy consumption and limited maintenance needs. Description of need * Measuring the level of sewage water in manhole (often demanding environment) * Registration of overflows (events) * Transferring data to SCADA/Guard * Robustness (humidity, gas, temperature) * Sensor with battery operation Process: * A question sheet has been attached in the market survey. We hope that as many people as possible would like to give feedback on the questions in writing, and submit completed question sheets in the communication module at Artifik. * After reviewing the submitted question sheet, the Contracting Authority will consider holding meetings with interested suppliers. Emphasis is put on the fact that this is not a competition and is not binding for the further procurement process. Any qualification requirements, award criteria, price form and contract terms will only be prepared in a later, possibly competition.
