Background Renovasjonsselskapet GLØR IKS needs to procure a compact wheel loader. The procurement shall contribute to ensuring stable and efficient operation in daily handling of materials, waste, equipment and winter assignments in the area. The wheel loader shall be used in an operational environment with limited space between containers, varying surfaces and winter conditions with snow and ice. Therefore there is a need for a compact and reliable machine that is well suited for all-round use throughout the year and that can carry out the tasks in a safe and efficient manner. Description of the assignment The contracting authority would like tenders for the delivery of a compact wheel loader with the necessary accessories for start-up and use in daily operations. The delivery shall include a machine and pallet fork for, among other things, handling white goods. The requested size of the machine and the pallet fork requirements are in the requirement specification. A 5 year service contract is also requested. The procurement also includes a service agreement, training, necessary documentation and safety training for drivers. The delivery shall, in total, give the contracting authority a complete and functional system that can be used from hand-over. The requested machine shall have good qualities for work in confined areas at the recycling stations. Central conditions are compact design, small turning range, good visibility, good driver environment and sufficient hydraulic capacity for efficient use of tools and handling waste fractions. As the machine shall also be used in winter time, good heating apparatus and suitable tyres are important conditions for the offered machine.
